Welcome to Match™, an AI-backed creative assistance platform to empower design expressions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information that applies to our Service, and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO Uniprint™ DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

Processing order: When purchasing something from our store, we collect your name, email address, billing & shipping addresses, phone number and credit card information, as part of the buying and selling process. They are essential for processing your order. 

Enhancing browsing experience: Match.co and its third-party tools use cookies to enable certain optional functions of the service in order to improve your browsing experience. To learn more or disable all or some of the cookies, please read our Cookies Policy. We also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Additionally, we may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic, usage trends and improve our Service, including but not limited to AI generative models. These tools collect information sent by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information in aggregate form such that it cannot reasonably be manipulated to identify any particular individual user.

We use this information to (a) remember information so that you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the site; (b) provide custom, personalized content, and information; (c) to provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Service; (d) monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns; (e) diagnose or fix technology problems; (f) help you efficiently access your information after you sign in; and (g) to provide advertising to your browser or device.

Email marketing: We use the information we collect or receive to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions and special offers. If you do not want to receive such email messages, you will be given the option to opt out or change your preferences. We also use your information to send you Service-related emails (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). You may not opt out of Service-related e-mails.

SECTION 2 - CONSENT

How do you get my consent?

We always ask your consent whenever you need to provide personal information to us. For example, during new account registration, you will have to state that you have read and agreed to our terms before you continue. We also ask your consent every time during checkout, before you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

For email marketing, you can click to unsubscribe at the bottom of every mailing list email from us; there is a link "Unsubscribe from List".

You have control over your account and settings

You may update your account information and email-communication preferences at any time by logging in to your account and changing your profile settings. You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, purchase and billing confirmations and reminders, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

Match.co does not provide personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties for their use in marketing directly to you. We may use unaffiliated companies to help it maintain and operate its website or for other reasons related to the operation of its business, and those companies may receive your personally identifiable information for that purpose.

We may also disclose personally identifiable information about you in connection with legal requirements, such as in response to an authorized subpoena, governmental request or investigation, or as otherwise permitted by law. We may disclose your personal information if you violate our Terms of Service.

Finally, as Match’s business develops, it may sell or buy corporate assets, and in such transactions, customer information may be one of the transferred business assets. If Match, its internet businesses, or substantially all of its assets, is acquired, customer information may be one of the assets transferred.

SECTION 4 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may share your information with third-party business partners for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Those business partners will be given limited access to your information as is reasonably necessary to deliver the Service, and we will require that such third parties comply with this Privacy Policy.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. We also use different providers to automate our business processes such as scheduled email campaigns, product funnel, product fulfillment, and accounting, in which certain information disclosure is necessary to complete the task.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link or advertisement on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible for and we do not exercise control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. If you are using a third-party website or service (like Facebook) and you allow such a third-party access to your User Content you do so at your own risk. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources other than through the Service.

SECTION 5 - ADS

We may also share certain information such as your location, browser and cookie data and other data relating to your use of our Service with our business partners to deliver advertisements (“ads”) that may be of interest to you. We may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Service. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser or mobile device, the ads and ad links that appear on the Service, and will automatically receive your IP address when they do so. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, device identifiers, location data, and clear gifs, see above) to compile information about your browser’s or device’s visits and usage patterns on the Service, and to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize the advertising content. Uniprint™ does not sell, rent, or share the information we collect directly from you or about you from third parties with these third-party ad servers or ad networks for such parties’ own marketing purposes.

Please note that an advertiser may ask Uniprint™ to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, Uniprint™ determines the target audience and Uniprint™ serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous aggregated data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.

The Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Please consult the respective privacy policies of such advertisers or contact such advertisers for more information.

SECTION 6 - PERSONAL INFORMATION & SECURITY

We will store your personal information for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Where your information is no longer needed, we will ensure that it is disposed of in a secure manner.

In some circumstances we may store your personal information for longer periods of time, for instance where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting requirements.

Where you request that we delete your account from our system, we will lock the account and delete it from our servers within 30 days. However, in specific circumstances we may store your personal information for longer periods of time so that we have an accurate record of your dealings with us in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal information or dealings.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Uniprint™ will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

Uniprint™ does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under the age of 13 and the Service and its content is not directed at children under the age of 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@match.co.

SECTION 9 - DATA RETENTION

Customer information we collected will be kept at least 7 years in order to comply with the Inland Revenue Ordinance in Hong Kong. Data will be reviewed in the eighth year, and personal data no longer needed are disposed of properly and securely.

According to the Inland Revenue Department in Hong Kong, Section 51C of the Inland Revenue Ordinance requires every person carrying on a trade, profession or business in Hong Kong to keep sufficient records in the English or Chinese language of his income and expenditure to enable the assessable profits to be readily ascertained. Such records shall be retained for a period of not less than 7 years.

The records prescribed in the Ordinance include but are not limited to a record of the sellers and buyers in sufficient detail to enable the Commissioner to readily verify the quantities and values of the goods and the identities of the sellers and buyers, and all invoices relating thereto.

In the case of digital records disposal, software such as those conforming to industry standard (e.g. US Department of Defence deletion standards, the DoD 5220.22-M standard), may be used to permanently delete data on various types of storage devices, such as hard drives or USB memory devices.

SECTION 10- CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
